The *NEW* Common Room
Huge. Ass. TV.
Since I have a, fondly called, huge ass tv...
My room has been designated as The New Common Room.
Video footage on request...
Infact, I should upload it somewhere for u guys to see!
It's hilarious...
Aah well,
What else?
Abbas Bhai msged me saying he's finished the work on his new video shot by Omair Hyder.
Can't wait. Moreover, can't wait for his new look...
Last party of Fresher's Week coming up.
P.H.A.S.E.
The whole hall is going...
It's going to be crazy I think! :-)
Pix will be posted.
p.s.
avidly delving into advertising now...

Salaam Namaste
Yes. Kill me but I loved it!
Went to watch "Salaam Namaste" with a couple of friends today after uni.
Just one thing to say...
It's ridiculously funny!
Heheheheh...
I loved it.
Very cheesy in places, but equally sweet!
I guess the salt/sugar to balance eachother off then... ;-)
Watch it for a good time, definately...
Surprisingly, I really liked the soundtrack.
Downloaded all of it when I got back.
It's on my Underground route now...
p.s.
Gonna post some shots of the Empire Cinema soon as well!

The 40 year old virgin.
Better Late Than Never.
All of us went out to a movie tonight...
More than entertainment... it was rather a learning experience.
Watching an American movie in London!
... is completely different from watching an American movie in the USA!
Althought there were a ton of laughs, all the freshmen hated it.
The British thought it was just rude.
The French thought it was just ridiculous!
I, for one, thought it was simply hilarious...
See,
The thing is...
Not that it was an adult movie, it just had adult-themed jokes.
The adults in the theater liked it a lot!
It's just the frail 18-year old freshers couldn't really *get* most of the jokes...
Aaah...
Let's wait until there college...
Oh! excuse me, their university experience is over! ;-)
Then,
On my way back...
Got lost with Julie (its prounounced Jhhuolee).
An adorable French Girl...
Were chased by complete drunks!
Then lost our way out of Euston Station...
Heheheh...
Finally made our way back into the dorms!
p.s.
Goddamnit!
Gotta wake-up early and be at the uni. at 9 am tomorrow and get bloody inducted!

My adopted corporate family...
Stress. Out.
First day woes...
First day at campus...
As always. Orientation is boring, tiring, shitty and basically is all about telling you how you screwed up your future academic career because you forgot to bring this/that document or failed to pay that those 3 pounds at the cycle meter...
Lol!
It's like... up/down all around kinda ride.
Goddamnit!
Gotta open a bank-account too...
Let's see... NatWest or Barclays.
Barclays is closer. NatWest is better.
Decisions decisions....
Need a drink! :-P

Almafi: Italian Bistro...
Baby on the loose...
Watch-out! There is a Baby escaping...
Just loved this photograph!
Full of life...
Just look at my nephew escaping.
I guess the lust for wander to yonder kicks in early!
I wonder why do parents act so surprised when their kids actually explicitly express their sentiments of going independent?!?!
;-)
The picture was taken near Henley at Thames
Definately one of my favourites...
Okay...
Now where was I?
Back to finding something to eat...
hmmm....
Fab. Futon. Fun.
Am in LONDON! :-)

The importance of being trivial...
It's amazing how people try so hard sometimes...
To be important, when they really aren't. They are still living on their lives in absolute unimportant existence,
yet they justify each and every personal action as the most important (happening) thing in the world.
how trivial... :-)
how amusing.
yes,
i know i am being excessively bitchy here...
but hey,
i'm not ranting and raving about house decor & parties!
been there/done that! move on!!!
people... time to get a career! B-)

The Kite Runner...
Few minutes in time.
Every moment of life.
Sometimes,
some people come into our lives for such a small time...
A few moments....
But,
they leave such an impact,
that you remember them every minute of your life... afterwards.
it's funny how moments and minutes relate.
minutes trascend time...
moments transcend time, space, emotion and life.
i spent a few moments with someone very special today...
what i got was a wonderful book which i cannot wait to read!
till i get on the plane that is:
"The Kite Runner"
Thanks M! ;-)
I want to Walkman London!
